Terms

• You sign in with an email address (or a Google account). Keep access to that email, since sign-in links are sent there.
• You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian for permission.
• An account can create many invitations. So that addresses aren’t hoarded, an account can hold at most 5 unpublished invitations.

DatangYuk’s features are currently free. Server costs are covered by voluntary support through Saweria or Ko-fi. Support doesn’t buy features, and refunds follow the payment provider’s rules.

If paid features are ever offered, their price and content are announced first, and published invitations keep working as before.

The text, photos, videos and other data you add remain yours. You allow DatangYuk to store, process and show them to the people who open your invitation, for as long as the invitation exists.

• Make sure you have the right to use the photos, videos, music and writing you upload.
• You add your guests’ names and WhatsApp numbers yourself. Use them only to invite those guests to your event, and make sure they don’t mind.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your invitation, including dates, places and account numbers.

• Fraud, including fake invitations that bait clicks, ask for transfers in someone else’s name, or tell guests to install an app or APK file.
• Pretending to be another person or organisation.
• Pornography, gambling, violence, hate speech against any ethnicity, religion, race or group, and false news.
• Infringing copyright or other people’s rights.
• Spam, or disrupting or overloading DatangYuk.

Bank accounts, e-wallets and QRIS codes on an invitation belong to the host. DatangYuk doesn’t receive, hold or pass on money. Guests transfer directly to the host, and DatangYuk isn’t responsible for those transfers. Check the number before sending.

DatangYuk doesn’t send WhatsApp messages. The send button opens WhatsApp on your device with the message filled in, and you send it yourself.

Anyone can report an invitation through the Report link at the bottom of the invitation or the report page. We may suspend or delete invitations that break these terms. In urgent cases, such as fraud, we may act without notice.

While an invitation is suspended, guests can’t open it, but the host can still download its data. If you disagree with our decision, email halo@datangyuk.online.

An invitation, with its guest list, RSVPs and wishes, is deleted automatically 14 days after its last event session. The date is shown in the dashboard, and notices are sent beforehand. Details are in the Privacy policy.

We try to keep DatangYuk running but can’t promise it will be free of interruptions. Features may change. If DatangYuk shuts down, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can download your data.

DatangYuk is provided as is. As far as the law allows, DatangYuk isn’t liable for indirect losses, for invitation content and guest data entered by users, or for digital gift transfers.

You can delete an invitation or your account at any time from the dashboard and the Account page. We may close accounts that repeatedly break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled by discussion.

Changes are announced on this page. Important changes are also emailed at least 14 days before they take effect.
