Tap Create invitation, choose the occasion and a template, then fill in the names, date and address. Your invitation opens in the editor and can be changed at any time.

Yes. The editor works on phones and laptops, and every change is saved automatically.

In the editor, open Settings. If the invitation has already been shared, the old address forwards to the new one for 12 months.

The trial run gives you a private link so family can check the invitation before you share it. RSVPs and wishes sent through the trial link are deleted when you publish.

In the editor, tap Trial run, complete what it asks for, then Publish. After publishing, the button becomes Share.

Everyone shares the general link. A personal link greets the guest by name and limits the party size and events they can answer for.

In the dashboard, open Guests, add guests one by one or import them from Excel/CSV, then tap Send. WhatsApp opens on your device with the message filled in. After sending, move to the next guest with one tap.

Up to 500 on the list. Other guests can still use the general link.

Columns for name, number, group, party size and events. Only the name is required. A sample file is in the import window, and every row is checked before anything is added.

By default, the day before the first event. You can change the date in the editor, in the RSVP section.

They open the same link again. A personal link always shows their latest answer, which they can change until RSVPs close.

In the dashboard, open Settings, then Download data. You get a ZIP file with guests, RSVPs and wishes (Excel and CSV) and the invitation’s content.

Yes. In Settings, invite them by email. Co-hosts can edit the invitation and manage guests, but can’t delete it.

In Settings, choose Delete invitation and type its address to confirm. The invitation stops opening at once.

Check your Spam or Promotions folder. A link works for 24 hours and only once, so ask for a new one if the old one was used.

You can’t do this yourself yet. Email halo@datangyuk.online from the old address and tell us the new one.

Open the Account page with the round button at the top right of the dashboard, then Delete account. Every invitation you own is deleted with it.
